Cleanliness, staff, near airport & major roads
No vending machines to purchase snacks/soda, forced to buy from hotel snack bar. No brochures of area attractions.

Location Great Staff.
Had to vacate for fire alarm with no explanation. Breakfast was not included for the premium price I paid.

From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, I was treated well. My room was clean and comfortable and quiet.

I like the quietness. The bathroom and shower. The hot breakfast, I mean it was really hot and tasty. The beverage in pitchers was a welcome sight. The hotel was spacious with high ceilings. My husband thought the décor was plain; but I love it. I like where the computers were located. All in all it was really nice.
Our room wasn't clean on Sunday, the front desk clerk did get us some fresh towels. The parking lot was a little far; for a 70th and 68th year old. The hallway by the elevator was very warm. The key didn't open the door to the swimming pool. A hot tub would have been wonderful. Other than that I have nothing but good things to say about your hotel

Everybody at the desk was super friendly and helpful. The location was right by the airport which was great for me.
