Everyone was very professional and so friendly. Had a problem with the printer and it was taken care of within minutes. The shuttle was great for the mall and the airport. The dinner and breakfast was excellent.

All staff very friendly and helpful. Food was good. Would especially like to compliment the lady that checked us in-she went out of her way to find us a handicap room close to an elevator.

Staff was very willing to help with putting the WIFI onto my laptop and to come and fix the TV when it kept cutting out. Breakfasts were good. It is very convenient to my daughter's house and the mall area. I stay there several times a year when visiting family members.
