The staff was extremely friendly.
I booked this hotel based on previous stays there and the comfort of the beds. I was very disappointed this stay due to new mattresses that are way too hard. My back hurt for several days after sleeping on those beds for two nights. I will more than likely find a different place to stay on my next visits to Pensacola.
