Kids ate free. lots of fun activities. food.
Got wrong room and had to move to handicapped room to get the beds I ordered.
unclean in bathroom-mold on walls. balcony door knob not working.

The location, with private balconies and the pool setting are wonderful. The receptionist is always cheerful and helpful. The combination makes the evening part of my business trips feel like a mini-vacation.

Our kids loved the entire pool area, and the breakfast buffet was delicious (with the exception of the eggs), with a wide variety of food choices. We loved being able to walk from the pool right to the beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful, both at the desk and in the restaurant. A/C worked well. Balcony was nice. Shower was large.
I gave "comfort" a 6, because I did not find the bed comfortable - too firm. Also, the bathroom was fairly small and did not have a ventilation fan. Toilet paper was also very thin (cheap)! I recommend you bring drinks and snacks, as a can of soda will cost you $2 from the vending on your floor, and $2.50 from the lobby. There was no bathtub in our room (suite), so if you have an infant or toddler, keep that in mind when booking.
