Hampton Inn Pendleton

The quiet location.

The only seating was one stuffed chair and the desk chair, not good enough for two people to sit togethe. Most hotels offer at least a two-person sofa.

Hallway doors seem to slam shut...

Lighting in room was very poor. No light to read and no nightstand on one side of bed. Poor lighting on desk.

Newer, clean, great breakfast, comfortable room & the staff was very attentive. Even thanked us for staying with them as we departed hotel. I would stay there again!

Super duper service. I asked one of the cleaners in the next room if she had a screw driver for the toilet seat and she said no but would get someone to help. She went right then...the manager came up immediately and tightened it! Nice! Room very clean. I can't say enough about the comfort of the beds and bedding. We both have bad backs and the beds were perfect for us. We used the pool and hot tub. Temperatures were just right! The price is competitive with other places we have stayed in Pendleton. We will definitely stay with Hampton next time. Really liked that full length mirror in front of the closet. Clever and useful. Thanks again!

Just a personal gripe. I wish more places had a mirror to see the back of my head in the bathroom. I also wish that mirror had magnification on one side. It's no fun getting old!!

Not much.

The carpets were dirty in our room. The maids never vacuumed on Saturday. The pool wasn't available for our use. The desk clerk said they would comp me for our room and as of yet they have done nothing.

Just a nice stay! The elevator was a life-saver.
