Hampton Inn Pendleton

The staff was very responsive to our concerns as we checked in. Eventually the front desk as we were leaving refunded our money. That was unexpected and greatly appreciated. With that move, I would stay again at this hotel. Breakfast was very good and nicely presented.

When we checked in to our room the toilet was a total mess. Not just soiled but filthy. Unacceptable for this price. There were also whiskers in the hand sink. It was a dirty bathroom. The front desk immediately changed our room but the new room had not been vacummed. There were crackers and other items on the carpet. We addressed the issue in the morning and they refunded 100% of the room charge. Unexpected but greatly appreciated.

Really good service, nice clean room with a very comfortable bed.

The breakfast was only so, so. Had to wait for food to be stocked and they seemed to run out of yougurt very early. Not the worst or the best I have experienced over the years but really the only criticism of the hotel that I have.

Very clean and nice. I liked the free wifi and the breakfast. Would stay there again.

The bed and the pillows were a dream we loved them. We are both i our 70's and I thought I was keeping up with technology, but admit that it took me about 15 minutes to learn how to work the TV. We were also unable to set the alarm or correct time on the bedside clock. I followed the directions, but the alarm would not respond. Will I con't . to stay with Hampton, sure.

Idon't travel often, but when we do we always stay at Hampton Inns. They have always been outstanding. I felt that this one was not up to your usual standards, from a condition stand point. We thought it was almost seedy. The floor trim in the bath was coming loose and had been proped up. No exhaust fan in the bath, and PAPER CUPS !!! C'mon @$135.00/nite...PAPER CUPS Yuck. Take a page out of the downtown Hampton Inn's operation, that one is first class. The following night we stayed at the Hampton Inn @ Meridian, ID & it was great' although they had paper cups also. It's a small thing but obviously people notice.

Internet access, pool, good selection of cable channels.

Fan in room cycled on and off all night waking us from sleep several times.
