We enjoyed our time at Microtel Inn. Our room wasn't ready because we had an early check in time and they upgraded us to a suite, no extra charge!!!! The room was clean and bed very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The only thing we didn't like was that we only got to stay one night. Definitely would stay here again!!

We were happy with the whole experience, but the cleanliness is why we will go back to a Microtel.

Clean rooms, staff great and accommodating. Breakfast perfect. Super friendly breakfast lady. I would stay again.

I did not like the fact that you could hear every sound through the walls and also hear people walking around in the room above us.

This was one of the most pleasant stays we have ever had. The staff went out of the way to take care of us and all of them were so pleasant.

The one thing I would change is, having the girls were hair covers when they are cooking the omelets. I found a black hair in mine, about half way through and couldn't finish it. The girl cooking had black curly hair.

The person at the front desk always greeted you. The breakfast was good. Omelets made fresh with your choice of vegetables. Make your own waffles were also a nice option.

When customers 1st put out the do not disturb sign and then take it back off the door a couple of hours later and tell the cleaning staff that you can clean our room now it should be cleaned if they are still cleaning other rooms in the area. Especially if they acknowledge you. Our room was not cleaned and they did not give us a discount just said that the staff noted on their paperwork that we had the do not disturb sign on our door!

Staff at the desk very friendly and helpful. TOld us about the omelets in the morning which we loved, and helped out and were truly very enjoyable people
