This is about as good as it gets for a budget hotel. Conveniently located right off the interstate exit and next to a gas station. Nothing was spectacular, but you can't expect that for $70. It was clean, the room didn't smell musty or like smoke, the carpet passed the barefoot test and the bathroom was mold free and no signs of water leakage. Hot and cold items for breakfast,not just muffins and fruit. Bed was confortable, although a tad soft footer my liking. I've stayed at $100+ dollar hotels that were not as nice. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it.

Staff was very friendly and the breakfast had a pretty good selection
Had to complain about someone making lots of noise on the 3rd floor. The manager took care of it but it only lasted for about 3 hours before they started again.

Only the location. The staff was nice and helpful, but the facility was not clean and old looking. The carpet was dirty.
It was dirty, old looking, and the linens on the bed were thin and the bedspread was unclean. I will not be going back there again.
