La proximité avec Bercy Village
Le parking est difficile d'acces, de plus le parcmetre etant en panne à la date de mon sejour il fallait decouvrir l'information sur le parcmetre que l hotel IBIS etait en charge de fournir le ticket de sortie, m'obligeant à resortir du parking alors que le personnel du Novotel aurez pu me le signaler au moment ou j'ai poser la question du paiement du parking!
