Locatie dicht bij uitvalswegen en de metro, zonder dat je overlast had van verkeersgeluiden
Parkeergarage duur. Ontbijt schamel. Kamers verouderd. Personeel onverschillig.

The beds were very comfortable. We lost our key for our room and was given another one with understanding.
The refrigerator has some liquid that had been spilt and dried. I am not sure if the refrigerator is part of the daily cleaning but it should be, I found some hair in the bed. It would of been better if you all offered a morning tea or coffe in the rooms and a place to obtain ice for drinks. I would of also liked to of had a wash cloth and I am one of them, there were no wash clothes in the bathroom.

Nothing
We awoke in the morning with a talk by mistake that they were a pharmacy to deliver an antibiotic and the concierge staff was sent there. The room was wrong. Left us with fear because antibiotics are controlled and the concierge staff would not let strangers move at the hotel.
