Staff was very helpful. Clean facility. Close to the metro. Good Breakfast was included.
A little noisy with the train station next door, but not too bad. The air conditioning did not work. Towels were thin. No tissues.

Ontzettend vriendelijke medewerkers zowel aan de receptie als in de ontbijtzaal
Het 2persoonsbed op de 8e etage (816) was een ramp. het bed was voorzien van een enorme kuil zodat het rugpijn veroorzaakte

Parking nabij. familie kamer is ruim voldoende groot. ontbijt is proper en goed met verse fruit-sap. free wifi internet.
2 balies beide bezet maar een kon geen andere taal dan Frans dus met 20 andere aan schuiven. familie kamer heeft geen koel kast. geen ei of spek bij ontbijt.

We had a large family room which was perfect. It was very hot during our stay and the individual air conditioning was fabulous. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very helpful when we arrived with bikes to be stored! The location was very convenient for the metro and there was a lovely little italian restaurant La Marina, just down the road which fed us each night and was very good value for money.

Close to highlights,Metro and gare Du Nord if you arrive by RER from CDG
