The hotel met all my expectations. I was impressed with the concierge, Svetlana. She was exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Not really. My only suggestion would be to include coffee in the room.

No problem transport was easy and plenty of restaurants at reasonable price in the area

I was charged the EUro 1.88 tax at the Hotel additional although in the bill it was mentioned that this was already settled
