The reception staff were very helpful
The hotel rooms look a little tired and dated. Wallpaper was hanging off and the windows were not safe for children. You couldn't open them despite the room being boiling hot because there was only a small rail so nothing to stop the children from falling if they were to climb up. The breakfast was poor. A few of us when for the hot option, bacon, eggs, hash brown. It was like it had just come out of the fridge! Awful, couldn't eat it. I wouldn't rate this hotel as 4star.

There should be free access to the Internet, also in the rooms. Not only a half hour at a time in the lobby. It's the only thing that pulls down with you.
