We loved the location and room was clean. We enjoyed our stay.
It was hard to find a parking place.

Not a thing
Ice machine was broken, clerk admitted it had been broken for months. Room was nasty, tub stopped up, no blankets on the beds just sheets. Not worth the money!!!

The staff was nice. The view and proximity to the beach was excellant.We were in town for the Thunder Beach motorcycle Ralley. This was our first trip to Panama City Beach. The hotel was very accomadating to the riders.
My one complaint would be the quality of the beds. They were very hard. Also, the room could use some general cometic fixes. Otherwise, we were pleased with our stay and would probably stay again in the future

Nothing
The air conditioner went out we had to move our things twice before we got in a room with working air, our frig quit working they had to get us a new one, the toliet would not flush and while taking a shower it took the water a while to drain out. there was no parking you had to park across the street and walk a good ways before you got to the room. we got the manager involved and all she did was give a 20% discount card for our next stay but we will never stay here again
