Nothing
The hotel is in need of some serious maintenance. You could hear people in the next room. The housekeeping wasn't clean and we had to ask for supplies on our first night. The chair on the balcony was broken.

Nothing, except the view.
Housekeeping was rude and inefficient. Hotel was dirty and run down. Sheets had cigarette burns. When first checked in there was urine in and around the toilet. Water was lukewarm. Hotel pictures were extremely misleading. When we requested a late check out, front desk did not record this accurately. Parking was terrible. No sound proofing in rooms could hear everything in other rooms. Air condition was poor quality. Beds were extremely uncomfortable.
