Surprisingly nice! The place was right on the beach. Very easy access
A little noisy from the street noise. May want to consider putting in sound proofing on the street side

The staff was wonderful, we enjoyed our visit and would stay again. We would also recommend it, great place for a family vacation!!:)

It was on the beach. Convienient to everything especially ironman race. Right on bike course. Staff very friendly.
Carpets were real dirty. Looked like they had not been cleaned in many years. AC unit was loud. Shower head too low, I am 5'7" and had to croutch down to bathe. Tub filled up with water quickly during shower. Many updates needed around room. Breakfast was not much more than bagels and yogurt. I was expecting more choices.

Beachfront and accomodating as far as pool and gulf go. I would stay again, we had a good time and no problems arose. Having restaurants close by was handy, some small stores across the road was nice, and being close to Gulf World was also a plus.
No elevator poses a problem when you have a lot of things to carry. And a bigger complimentary breakfast would be great. More parking at the hotel itself would be wonderful. I know there is parking across the road, but that is not convenient. Otherwise, everything was fine for us.

Location was great. Very nice beach area.
The Breakfast was not very desirable with moldy muffins.
