I found the location very nice.
Cleaning is also fine.
There is need for improvement in the breakfast. The various items served usually didn't last the breakfast period.

It was as advertised and the room was nice, clean and comfortable!
The location is in the center of city activity with easy access of all transit routes.
I would recommend this to folks on a b-u-d-g-e-t.
It looks like a housing project across the fence. It IS located in a part of town you don't feel comfortable at night (we think we heard gunfire!) And the convenience stores close at 11:00pm. But you can get fuel and smokes at the bulletproof enclosure.
