Main reason for choosing Hotel Isla Mallorca & Spa: Other

The check in staff were pleasant enough on arrival. Wi-fi internet access was sporadic and troublesome - had to call reception several times to correct non existent access. Walls paper thin - I could hear everything being said by guests on both sides. Woken at 1am by loud talking - had to complain, but staff did act on complaint and noise stopped. Staff unattentive on check-out: ignored for about 10 mins while they looked at their computers and answered the phones. Overall not a great experience, although the rooms were very clean and fairly well appointed.

Hardly any soundproofing in rooms, location, got charged twice for internet access - despite loads of problems. Poor check-out experience with staff.
