This was a fantastic hotel. Clean (spotless), modern, fresh and air conditioned. My family felt it was luxurious and well worth the money. The central location meant we could benefit from the town facilities, the night we stayed was a fiesta which was brilliant. Near the bull ring (the matador stayed here!) Managed an excellent getaway to Santander, easy exit onto a brand new motorway - the whole experience was fabulous would highly recommend!

The friendly staff.
The area of the cafeteria, unable to be quiet with a coffee and chatting. In particular they had a celebration on Saturday and it was nice, children running, shouting etc.. We try to dine there, impossible, was still holding. Should take any steps to prevent this from happening and the client feels comfortable hotel. Perhaps it was a coincidence.

The feeling when you arrive and see the location of the hotel was a bit distressing. Perhaps also because it was night, we arrived it was cold and tired from the trip, but nothing else changed the perception enter the beginning and find a warm and welcoming served by a friendly French staff. If I had to illustrate with an example would be like to dive into a hot tub after a day of intense cold.

The quiet, the decor, cleanliness and especially the lighting of both the hotel in general and that of the hablitación.
The pillows were too hard.
