Main reason for choosing Occidental Jandía Playa: Rate
The location of the hotel at the southeast end of the island is perfect. We drove the entire island. The nicest beaches are on the southern tip. The setting of the hotel is beautiful as are the views. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.
It was our first all inclusive hotel experience. We would not do an all inclusive again. The all inclusive doesn't include internet access 25 euro per week only in lobby, usage of safe in the room 21 euro per week. Beach/Pool Towels 20 euro deposit per person, fresh beach towels extra 2 euro per towel no refundable. No iron on the property at all. The exercise/fitness center is very small, three treamills plus one or two bicycles. No weights and one weight machine that was not working. The food was ok.
