Convenient location and comfortable room
Staff could be a bit "warmer" - performed adequately; but, definitely not friendly.

The price was right!
I had a bad experience here at the hotel. I do not ever plan to stay here again. The toilet did not work and everytime we had to flush it we had to fill a trash can up just to flush the toilet. It was really a bad experience for me.

Lots of hot water -friendly staff-breakfast hours-coziness (I am not wild for the modern look)
Indoor pool COLD - misleading sign said heated indoor pool
whirlpool tub extremely small and not in good shape ( I have arthritis so that luxury is one I look forward to and was extremely disappointed to find yours was the equivalent of a pit).
