After finally finding this hotel, which is hard to get to by car with the one way system, we was not at all happy, considering this was a 5 star hotel the service on the day by staff was very dissapointing,no help with luggage?originally booked 3 nights but checked out after one night, due to the noise from the next door, after requesting to have our room changed and told no. No sound proofing in the rooms, also difficult in ordering room service, as the staff cant speak english, asked to come down to the bar to order room service. If this is a five star hotel, more like 3 star.
