It was convenient to the areas that we were to visit including Carleton U and, of course, Costco next door - variety of fast food outlets near by. Booked with " Booking .com" which seemed to result in a good price.
Had been at Travelodge West so missed the free breakfast

Good service especially front desk man named 'Sam; way to go! so very busy and remained efficient kudos to Sam
Maybe you should have two people on front desk to give poor Sam a break!!!! he had two phones and a line up to deal with and never lost his cool. Hire another person

The location was perfect.
...the bathroom vanity was way too small, nowhere to put anything.
...didn't like leaving up north early in the morning and getting there and not being able to check in until 3 p.m.

Prix raisonnable quand on veut séjourner à Ottawa et visiter la ville.
Chambre très propre.
Personnel unilingue anglophone.
Piscine brisée, donc non accessible.
Matelas mous.
Bain si vieux que le lustre est parti.
Image pas claire dans le téléviseur, présence de neige.

I particularly appreciated the hard work of your cleaning staff. Please pass the message on. The daily cleaning left the room spotless. The price was reasonable and I like the proximity to the restaurant.
I noticed that the arms on the chairs were getting somewhat soiled..not necessarily in my room, but in my friend's room.I suggest you plan to renovate or redecorate soon. Internet connection was slow, but explained in a note. I would hesitate to recommend the hotel to anyone not prepared for the wear and tear in the rooms. If price and cleanliness were the main criteria for them, I would recommend.
