Residence & Conference Centre - Ottawa Downtown

Perfect spot for a family reunion as it was close to where we were getting together - relative's who stayed there found it quiet and super easy to check in and out - across the street is a great little coffee shop and excellent vegetarian restaurant

Located in a great little neighbourhood with an amazing vegetarian café across the street. Two buses which stop right in front of the university take you downtown in 10 minutes. the walk downtown is about 35 minutes, nice if it's not too hot.

A little farther form the sights than I expected, but quiet and pleasant. Loved the neighbourhood!

We really appreciated having the 2 bedrooms and the kitchenette. It was so nice having the extra space. When my husband got up before me he was able to use the 2nd bedroom while I could sleep on without being disturbed. Having the fridge and microwave was really convenient. We also appreciated the location. It was within walking distance of stores we needed. There was also a church within walking distance and we really enjoyed the nearby park.

The price was within my budget, the location was very handy to my other contacts and to the highway, the rooms were adequate, comfortable and clean. the staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming.

We make our reservation before we start from toronto.when we arrive there at 1.45 am my two kids almost sleeping..we got a room 305 or 302 i forgot.when we try to enter the room a couple is already in the room and they are shouting us which is really embrassing for us..also kids get scared.later they gave room 102 or 103 which we did,nt like because we did'nt get any view

The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable with a TV in each room. The breakfast was just perfect with a wide choice of things to eat.

There was a great kitchenette but we weren't advised that there were no dishes, & no cutlery etc.

Close to centre, quiet and relaxed.

I booked for the night of 30 to 31 December and charged me the credit card € 54, with the price of the room, on that date, 39 €, such as AI is announced from the same website chain of hotels. I like the accomodations. However staff forgot to give fresh linens, especially facecloths. I did however have difficultly obtaining a disabled parking spot and in fact some other vehicle was parked in a disabled parking spot and the license plate could not be matched to anyone in the hotel. I would advise to have more disabled parking spots and to ensure the staff tries to convey to patrons not to use a disabled parking spot unless they have a government issued parking pass. I must have sat at least over one and a half hours in my car waiting for a parking spot so the staff could contact the illegal parked car and I could park there. I wasn't pleased with that during that hour and a half I could have being doing others things. And in fact after a long day away from the hotel I was anxious to get to my room to relax. I am disabled and have a chronic pain condition and one lung so therefore walking a great distance is very hard for me.

Parking not enough within close proximity, especially for disabled people.
