Loved the free breakfast......it was really busy there and noisy at time but over all GREAT! I would stay there again thank you.

Staff is friendly. Hotel is in a good location.
We were disappointed that the pool and hot tub were not functioning. This is not the first time we have stayed at the this hotel and the pool was out of order. We choose this hotel because of the pool. The one morning I was told it was ready for use but it was freezing and by the next day the out of order sign was back up. Very frustrating as my kids were looking forward to swimming.

Les gens sont très gentil en particulier la personne au déjeuner. En plus il y avait des ouefs brouillés le matin, ce qui m'a évité de sortir pour déjeuner. Un plus serait que les gens parlent français car une bonne partie des gens qui passent sont francophone. Ce qui inciterait les francophones à aller chez-vous.

L'Hotel aurait besoin de rénovation ou tout au moins un grand ménage.

J'ai été insatisfait sur deux éléments: Premièrement, sur le prix; je n'ai pas pu obtenir le rabais qui avait été négocié par Vicky Archambault pour son mariage. Deuxièmement, j'ai dû payer le coût lors de la réservation, ce que j'ai trouvé inhabituel.

The person who was at the reception at our arrival was very polite and really helped us with the direction to our destination. She even printed a copy of the address were we had to go.
The room was not clean, walls very dirty. The garbage was not taken out of the room before our arrival. The bathtub was plugged.

It was close to where I needed to be.
My room wasn't cleaned. Called down to front desk to tell him that room hadn't been cleaned and pile of wet towels was still on floor. Apologized and came in a fair time with new towels but didn't remove used wet towels. They also aren't losing any money on their breakfast. Pretty much carbs and yogurt on offer, no fruit.

El hotel debería tener un desayuno completo continantal. No había agua en la cafetería, sin huevo, sin harina de avena. La señora clesning no limpiar nuestra habitación un día porque letf un poco afetr 11:00 am.
