The staff! They were so knowledgeable, polite and friendly, from the front desk to the cleaning crew. The room was really comfortable and quiet, with an incredible view of the Parliament Buildings. Oh, and the food's fantastic. It's just a really special place that I'm thrilled to have finally experienced.
This is really ridiculous, but: the room contained a kettle, which unfortunately didn't have a long enough cord to be plugged in anywhere but the bathroom.
