The pool, nice and warm, on a very cold winter night. Great breakfast served from 4:00 am to 10:00.

Quiet, clean and comfortable

It was a little hard to find entrance for a first time Ottawa visitor during rush hour, though I don’t know how you could improve this.

Close to friends, shopping.

We loved everything! Although our stay was very short, we loved it. We were shocked & ecstatic to find out that we had been upgraded to a suite!! Things like that don’t happen to us. We had to get up at 2:45 am to get ready for our flight. We took the shuttle which was sooooo handy & right on time. It was a very pleasant surprise to find out that there was food & beverages that time of the morning. I might be using your facility tomorrow in Brockville as my husband is having surgery on Wednesday & I’m pretty sure we have to be at the hospital early. Might have to stay for 2 nights as they are keeping him overnight. I have chronic back pain so being able to stay at the hotel while he is in surgery would be so helpful for me. That way I wouldn’t have to find a place to stay for at least 4 hours. I would definitely recommend your facility to everyone. Thank you for an exceptional stay . Only wish we could have got the fireplace to work in the bedroom. That would have been nice

Friendly staff and clean comfy rooms

The reception staff were kind, positive and helpful bothvwhen we checked in and out. The pool was warm and lovely The room was clean and a great view of the runway The breakfast was perfect The breakfast staff were very helpful. The parking is excellent We totally enjoyed our stay
