The reception staff was most friendly, professional and efficient. Suite was very nice. and the location is perfect for exploring Ottawa.

The housekeeping was up and down. Some days the housekeeping staff was utterly superb. other days, they seemed to just want to get out fast. Too bad that it was so uneven. But when it was good, it was PERFECT

Hotel has large spacious rooms with full kitchens - perfect for a family! Or for those who don't like to eat out. The location is very central and a short walk to the canal parliament buildings, etc.

Not much negative to say, but it is getting a bit dated, but then the prices reflect that - so value for money spent.

We really liked the fact that we could walk to all the downtown Ottawa highlights including plenty restaurants.

Nothing we didn't like however the hotel could use a little renovation work e.g. Our room had dated coloured fixtures in the bathroom and the love seat and chair are ready for replacement. Beds and mattresses were great.

Very helpful front desk staff. Cheerful housekeeping staff. Great location.
