Great location overlooking the lake area. The amenities (pools, walking). Building design that blends in the background. The feel of zen.
Dinner food options were limited. Check-in by MD (or MG) was a pain. Showed him my online reservation confirming that breakfast was included; he could not figure it out and argued that he could not give it; Michael confirmed it immediately on the screen, went to the back room to get envelopes with breakfast tickets.

Beautiful facility and a spectacular venue with outstanding vistas of the lake and mountains
We had a wonderful dinner and wanted to have a couple of after dinner drinks with a nice cigar and were surprised that the facility only had a couple of chairs stuck and a place where there was no view and not very nice to enjoy a drink and good cigar. Given the level of luxury at the resort this came a s a bit of a let down.

We have always enjoyed the ambience at the resort (eg. facilities overall, family atmosphere, quality views over vineyards/lake/city, handy wine shop, fun golf course, quality service & food at restaurants). The resort has its own character and we compare it favourably to many we have visited around the world. Keep up the solid efforts.
Upon arrival, more cream for coffee/tea in room (eg. we usually have two creams per cup)......I don't know why, but all hotels seem to fall short in this area (even the Ritz/Marriott, Fairmont, Hilton etc. screw this one up). Surely, cream isn't that expensive

My wife and I enjoyed the comfort and ambience of Spirit Ridge. The staff were most professional, but always friendly and happy to help.
I left my camera on the kitchen table and sincerely appreciate having my camera couried to my home. Thank you Jamie.

The heated pool and condos.
The steam room had a gross smell. Was excited to go in but could not stay in as it smelled like mold/must.
