I travel for a living and I have never seen a staff that has been as professional, courteous, and kind as I have seen in your hotel. Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE at this facility goes over and beyond to make sure that all who enter has a memorable experience. I am here on business this week, but it sure feels like a vacation. Even your Chef comes out to make sure all is OK - and by the way - his granola is to die for. Your staff is attentive and it sure does appear that they like just making every one happy. Good job! Excellent Job!!
