Location
Didn't like that people staying at the hotel had to pay to play in the water park. The first night(s) we did not receive the room we requested. We asked for a king bed with sleeper sofa and received 2 double beds. The second time, we received what we asked for. The breakfast buffet food was not all that good, pancakes were hard, and oatmeal was really dry, and chocolate milk tasted awful.

Yes, when we arrived we had complain that the air conditioner wasn't working It took two calls to the front desk before we got it fixed.

Wow, what a nice surprise to have my expectations exceeded, my 7 year old son had a blast. The price was great, the slides were fun, the staff was relaxed and friendly and the everything was very clean. I thought it was really nice that they let us come into the park early to play before check in time. Definitely coming back

I really enjoyed the stay, I was there with my 3 kids and they loved it. What I really liked was the fact that I did not have to move around in the park everything was very visable. Please send me information on low prices so that I can go again....

The staff at check-in were super friendly and efficient.
The noise of other guests was really noticeable in our room. Also the air vents in the room were loaded with dust. It kind of grossed us out. Our room was supposed to be non-smoking but someone before us had to have smoked in the bathroom. After we all showered the smell of smoke was really bad.

I liked the fact that i could spend the day in the water park and not have to travel back home or to a hotel
It was nice, and clean but the room had a small motel feel to it.
