Location was great and value for money was unbeleivably great
Many things :
1. check-in date is too late (4:pm)
2. alwyas delay in cleaning rooms due to lack of housekeeping staff
3. 5 days for the printer in the business center to be repaired (i wanted to print some papers and failed to do)
