As college graduations were going on in Claremont, where I had hoped to stay, I was able to find lodging at your hotel

I was there for two nights. The first with a friend, the second alone. I was there celebrating my mother's 99th birthday. She ended up in the hospital which left me very upset and fragile. My room was never cleaned....no new towels, no bed made, no coffee to be prepared in the morning. I found a cleaning person in the hall late the first day and asked that they clean my room and was told they would, but I got back that night to a uncleaned room. The morning of my departure I told the front desk of my experience and their only comment was that it was "unusual". At the very least I should have received some compensation or discount. I will not stay with your facility again.

When I arrived at the airport I had to wait 40 mins for the shuttle. I called the hotel 3 times and they said he was on his way. Not acceptable

For the amount I spent for the room and the location of the hotel with its own parking lot I would think the customer would not have to pay to park on the lot. I will not stay at a Hilton Hotel again.

The facility was very well-kept and clean.

Ordered the breakfast via the card hung on the door,but this was not picked up...so I had to order again the next morning.
