Main reason for choosing Embassy Suites Ontario Airport: Location
The lady at the front desk on arrival was very helpful. The driver who brought us back from the rental car area was also good.
The bartender on the night of August 31 did not know how to mix a common drink, and disappeared in a room behind the bar for about 5-10 minutes. As we were coming into the hotel, our GPS led us up Guasti street to a dead end. We could see the hotel about a block away and the parking lot about 50 feet away, but could not get there. We found our way around to the entrance eventually. It would be helpful if you had a sign at the blocked area where Guasti dead-ends, telling people how to go to get to the hotel.

Maybe it's because you're new, maybe it's because of lack of training, but my husband and I felt the staff needed to be friendlier. The decor is somewhat plain and cold, but you don't want your staff to give that same impression.

Lovely layout of the suite to be able to access the bathroom from either rooms. Very convenient to have computer access in both rooms.
