Check-in was easy. Really appreciated the free shuttle to the concert. The free breakfast worked out well for us the next morning. We were waiting on someone to fly into Epply, so didn't have to check out early to go for breakfast before going to the airport.
It was a little difficult to find the shuttle after the concert, so we walked back to the hotel. This was okay, though, because there were several other people walking in the same general direction. Safety was a concern with me, because I was the only adult with three teenage girls. The crowd all going the same direction made it more comfortable to walk.

Elana was very helpful in getting us two rooms side by side with a door open between. Parking valets were helpful and identified luggage they thought was ours left in the lobby. I loved the sheets and the real glasses.
The housekeeping knocked on the door at 8 am even though we were checking out that day. They should have a record of who is checking out.

Location
Swimming Pool was not clean at all. The manager's reception only had chips and drinks(they served variety of food at other Embassy). I have requested a room with great view. They gave us a room with bad view. They did not give us Hilton Honors Points...
