Need information: No Cokes - only Pepsi; sodas on which floors?; ice on which floors? How to get to & out of lower level parking?; how to get into the hotel from the garage and vice/versa. Shouldn't have to figure these things out in the dark when you are tired.

Very good location - ideal for working with the WA State Legislature - on free bus line to Capital - like what you have done to the hotel - always making it better. Nice Breakfast - I'll be back when in Olympia - Good Job

I love the new restaurant and bar at the Hotel. Lindsey and staff does a stand-up job providing for the patrons. The food is incredible and the cocktail concoctions will take the edge off after a day on the Hill.

Absolutely love the bed, very very comfortable. I also liked my room this time, on the 7th floor, nice white desk chair and glass table for a desk. The room was nicer (704) than before (610). Also, the coffee is very good. And, the new restaurant and bar! Congratulations.
The elevator is slow, the toilet has a hard time flushing. Functions of an older building.

Beautiful view from our room! Font desk gal Jereka (sp?) was great! Excellent customer service...should is definitely management material!

Very quiet except for the fire alarm and the power going off. It is a great hotel and very convenient to surrounding areas.
The slowness of the elevators.

COVERED PARKING SO WE DIDNT DROWN COMING AND GOING TO CAR. BREAKFAST WAS QUITE NICE.
