Sheraton Oklahoma City Downtown Hotel

Clean, friendly, peaceful, good room with comfortable bed. Bathrooms are a bit small. The room furnishings, TV make up for the bathroom. Lounge is good. Restaurant is good and friendly service. Great location.

I was celebrating my 40th birthday with my mom, sister and daughter. We spent time in Bricktown and just relaxing at the hotel. We purchased our room thru Hotels.com and chose a "club" level room. When we arrived the hotel did not have us booked as "club" and the rooms on that floor were full. But the front desk manager (who happened to be helping us from the beginning) immediately apologized for the inconvenience and gave us access to the club level for snacks and breakfast. I thought it was handled superbly. When we were leaving I called the front desk to get our car and bring up a cart. We had service within minutes. We travel a lot and stay in a lot of hotels. We found the style, comfort and service to be far above our expectations.
