We loved the size of our ropm. Nice and clean. Lots of hot breakfast varities. Pleasant staff. Will definitely use this hotel again. Excellent!!

Room was clean and comfortable

Yes, the hot tub was smelly like fish water and when you got in it was luke warm and made your skin feel slimmy. We got out within 5 minutes and ran to take showers because it smelled so bad.

Staff was very friendly

It was close to our meeting.

I didn't like the bed being next to the air conditioner.

There was no complimentary coffee in our room the first day. The second day the coffee cup I used had lip stick on it and I was not wearing lip stick, that was very gross to me!!! The bathroom light the second night went off in the middle of my shower, I had to open the door just so I could see to finish and get dressed. It was not burnted out cause it would come back on in about 10 minutes time. It did keep doing this off and on during the night and morning. We didn't call the front desk cause we were leaving that morning. When I mentioned it to the front desk upon leaving thier response was "oh sorry" we will have someone check that out. I felt like they could have done alittle more about us being put out. Even told them about the lip stick and still didn't really get a great response. The "hot" tub and sauna were a joke!! Very old, jets were just tubs blowing out water, it wasn't even deep enough to soak in, paint was chipping off the sides. We didn't even stay in cause it was so gross.
