In previous years, when we came for our company convention, we usually stay directly across from the Cox Center. As of this year, this Embassy Suites will be our place to stay!! Everything was phenomenal and the buffet breakfast was just the icing on the cake. We were thoroughly pleased!!

Food service is good. servers pleasant.
Hair in my sink upon arrival. 3 of 4 drinking glasses had food on them, upon arrival. no carts available to move luggage upon arrival and departure. unpleasant, poorly dressed, ill trained staff at front desk upon arrival and departure, one of whom claimed to be manager. loud noises, slamming doors, kids and drunks run amuck past midnight.

The staff especially at breakfast was very helpful and friendly. We even made the comment at breakfast how they really seemed to enjoy there job and working with each other.
