Donna at the front desk gave exceptional customer service. I just loved her! She was so personal and helpful. We also had a great experience with the lady at the pool. She was lovely too!

There seemed to be a lot of moisture in the room. We had a few paper bags and they were actually, wet when we picked them up. Maybe the air conditioners need serviced? Room 357 ... the floors could have been cleaned a little better , they were sticky maybe from the moisture?

Its in the middle of the boardwalk and right close to airshow central. The staff was nice and the hotel is clean.

Wishi the price would be a little cheaper.

We absolutely loved the location of the hotel! Our room was an Ocean front suite. It was very clean, had a nice balcony and lots of room for snacks and things on the large counter. It was perfect for a family of four with two queen beds and a sleeper sofa! We had a great time. There was always coffee (loved the coffee) and lemon water in the lobby which was great too, thank you! The staff were very nice and professional.
