It's in a wonderful location and the staff were very helpful.
The carpeting in the room was soiled. Also, there were often transients around the area that made me a bit nervous.

The location was fine.
When I checked into my room, the bathroom had not been cleaned, including the toilet which contained evidence of the previous occupant. I asked to change rooms and when given an alternate room, the room had no towels and it took over an hour to get towels. I was told they "are in the dryer". Really? At 6:30 pm? The elevator was broken and no one offered to assist me with my luggage up 3 flights of stairs. The room smelled stale.

Good location. The Hotel One service was good.
Our room was not cleaned and made up when we arrived. We had to wait for the staff to clean it because the hotel gave us a room that was not ready. It almost made us late for our event

Rest in the room despite near the shipyard and the church.
I has gotten no room for my hotel bill from the mission statement for my company because I have posted on your agency. The bill I get from you I was told. Is that so??

Totally nothing.
The carpet was wet,It was stinky in the room and in the hall?it was cold at night,heat didn't heat at all AND TRAIN horned for all night...I will not recommend it to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Free WiFi. Best shower I've ever had. Bed was pretty comfortable. Near stop for free shuttle bus to downtown Oakland. Lots of places to eat nearby and a theater a block away.
Sometimes kind of noisy when train was going by or when they had booked a party in the hotel. Had some continual problems with my credit card like doorkey demagnetizing.
