Finally spent a little more to be able to use the hot tub..we stay at area hotels often for visiting guest that arrive at oakland airport...The hottub was COLD and was very disappointed...I guess it wasnt fixed yet ..other than that...very clean...and great staff..I clean vacation rentals for a living and found everything to be super clean...just disappointed in the hottub..was really looking forward to it..bad back...thanks for wanting to know...Roxy Derber

It was convenient for the airport, but not a desirable area.
My wife wanted to go walking locally. the staff advised it was not a safe area and took her in the courtesy bus to a park to walk.
There is no dining room, pool/spa or bar lounge, just bedrooms. Although clean and comfortable, it was expensive at $200 per night. At half that price it would be fair value.

The breakfast was great and early. Bed comfortable. Airport shuttle prompt and dirct.
The combination of hard water and the water saver aerator produced about 6 streams of wet air from the faucet. I could barely moisten my toothbrush much less shower. Relocate the smoking bench away from the front entrance to the restaurant and out of the blazing sun.
