Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent.
My room was freezing. The bathroom radiator was hot but not the bedroom one which I did switch on and it made a noise that indicated it would come on but there was no hot water coming through!. I went downstairs to ask the night porter if the a/c would make the room warmer but he didn't know. I told the receptionists in the morning and they said he should've switched the radiator on for me as he had a tool for this. The mattress I think had seen better days - it sloped down on one side so I to sleep in the middle, perched up. The shower leaked all over the floor.

Great location. Great breakfast. Good value with discount but room would have been overpriced at normal room rate exclusive of breakfast. Good room service. Friendly and very helpful staff.
First floor room was noisy on Sat night - window looked out over small side street which was thoroughfare for 'revellers'.? Room was also too warm in spite of turning off all radiators. However reception took feedback on board and were going to look at thermostat.

The staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient. My room and the hotel in general had lovely decor. The breakfast was splendid and the hotel itself was perfectly located in a smart district in the centre of town. I would definately consider staying here in the future.

Good location excellent breakfast clean,modern rooms nice pub/bar probably the best hotel in Nottingham
Changed room because it was opposite kitchen air conditioning the noise was ridiculous they said the kitchen closed at 10pm but it started up again early in the morning they should either doubleglaze the room or fix the air condition

Toiletries were very spartan for two people - and no shower/bath gel. No mirror with good lighting for make-up. Carpet near recetion was not fixed down. Breakfast was good, staff friendly and helpful. Room was large - but despite being a king had no views. Overall fair value for money, and would use again
