Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms modern and pleasant. Beds comfortable and a very good breakfast.
We were not given Wi-Fi code when we checked in. Asked for more decaf coffee for our room but never received it. But these are very minor issues and did not spoil our stay. Other things we asked for were given promptly.

Extremely comfortable bed and quality duvet. Very helpful staff and good breakfasts
The only disadvantage was the lack of in house parking. I had to park in the train station car park 10 minutes walk away, which would have been unpleasant in adverse weather conditions, otherwise not a problem.

I loved the friendliness of the hotel, also the layout of the hotel, perfect location for getting train or bus plus the tram. Quiet rooms and spacious.

I have stayed at Jurys Inn Nottingham on a previous occassion and I have been very pleased with the hotel and will be staying there next time I visit Nottingham and also any city I visit in the future

A very enjoyable stay providing all we needed for a first visit to Nottingham. Very impressed by the way the fire alarm was dealt with just disgusted that people are so deliberatly. We would certainly stay again

Helpful staff at front desk and in dining room e.g. offered to hold our luggage for the day.
Non nonsense - clean tidy room (bit small but it was very reasonably priced)
Wifi not available FOC in rooms.
