Main reason for choosing Mercure Norwich Hotel: Rate
Reception staff were very helpful and the 24 hour room service was very good, facilities were ok too but not as plush as webiste made out. beds were comfortable and the bathroom was more than big enough. Shower was a bit weak but plenty of hot water.
We had a do not disturb sign on our door and the room cleaning staff kept knocking and then they rang the room to ask if we were getting up because they wanted to tidy the room before their shift ended? I know that there job is to clean but ifthere is a DND on the door surely that means what it says.

We enjoyed ourselves very much. Thank you. Not at all easy to find and even my Sat Nav struggled. Suroundings a bit dismal, sorry. I had not realised that there was a swimming pool. probably my fault.

Great hotel shame so far off the beaten track although bus stop not too far away. Obvioously a car driver's hotel. Leisure facilities great. Food really good but sometimes a bit slow being put out to the buffet when busy.
