Holiday Inn Express Syracuse Airport, an IHG Hotel

Staff was friendly, location is convenient and on-site restaurant.

It was all perfect just like every other time we have stayed there.

Nothing we did not like.

I had to take a shuttle to the airport, and I asked for and received a 3;45 a.m. wake-up call, and met the shuttle driver at 4:45 in the lobby for a 6:00 a.m. flight. I was able to leave my car at the hotel for 4+ days, instead of at the airport. I was given a # to call when I return to the airport for shuttle service back to my car at the hotel.

Staff we're very helpful.

The hotel was nice, clean, seemed quiet for the two nites we were there (other than the slamming doors from the stairway).

I was quite shocked to find the area the nice hotel was in so run down. I could not go for a walk to the grocery store, the fast food places, etc. And actually some of the "restaurants" were quite rundown and dirty. We thought when renting the rooms given the price (which we could have rented rooms for cheaper closer to where we wanted to be), we were going to be in a nice, safe area. I found the staff very helpful, smiling etc at the hotel and the hotel itself very safe, but once you leave the safety of the hotel, it was a whole different feel for us. Certainly not very safe at all. For this reason, I coudl not recommend anyone to stay here unless they were only concerned about a place to sleep. Sorry

It was very clean. The room was so spacious - especially the bathroom! It was also quiet, despite being placed right outside the pool area - never bothered us a bit! This is our second stay there and we plan on many more trips to Syracuse and your hotel!!

Overpriced for a room with no refrigerator. Prefer a room where i can open the windows.
