So new even the carpet had that "new-carpet" smell. Clean/spic n' span.
For a brand-new hotel, the bed in our room was abysmal. My wife and I rolled in together like a deep valley bed and found that we were most comfortable when lying back-to-back. I woke up the next morning with a very sore lower back.
The bed is THE fundamental element of a hotel.

The decor, the modern design, the location, the price.
There was construction. But that's good cuz they were updating the hotel to improve on what was already awesome!!

The bedroom was very nice and newly redecorated.
We did not know that the lobby and pool were torn up with reconstruction. We had planned to use the pool!
