Pool nice. But drinks at pool expensive. Good food choices

Everyone was so friendly and helpful from checking in to signing up for my player's card to the shift manager teaching us how to play Bingo. The Bingo hall folks were super supportive.

This hotel is excellent value! Eventhough it has a casino, it is family friendly. The hotel has a separate, beautiful entrance lobby. The fabulous pool is also in this area. We rented a pool cabana one of our days. We had an awesome time poolside! The casino area has a movie theater and arcade. There is a food court, TGIFridays, buffet, coffee shop, etc, all with specials and good food deals. Staff at the hotel was kind and helpful. I will be staying here regularly as I visit Vegas to see family. Lastly, the location is great for us as it is off the Strip and near those I'm visiting.

The weather.

Lack of communication

Convenience because we were attending a party that night in one of the dining rooms.

Loud party upstairs above our bedroom, with loud music and chairs scraping, etc. We were too tired to call the desk to complain.

Very nice hotel.

The grounds and casino are very nice.

First of all, upon arrival the Aliante could not find our reservations. We were informed they have problems with your company and booking. Our check-in process took 1 1/2 to 2 hours. The following day we had to have our key redone due to not having access to our room. Also, it was not easy to obtain a cup of coffee. You had to walk thru the entire casino to just get a cup of coffee. On the second day of stay, my granddaughter went to the bathroom, just the door, and was locked in. Maintenance was very kind in assisting. They had to drilling the entire door knob out-this took about an hour. At one point they were considering cutting the entire door. Lastly, the night prior to leaving and the morning of departure we had NO hot water for bathing.
