I liked the clean room and the nice choices at breakfast. Thank you.
I was asked for my credit card information even though I had prepaid. I asked why. The receptionist said it was for incidentals if they were incurred. At check out we were charged $20.00 additional dollars. If there was an incidental charge, I feel the hotel should have been more upfront concerning what the extra fees would be or why. I felt gouged.
