Main reason for choosing Days Inn by Wyndham Niles: Other

I was supposed to be staying at another Hotel Downtown Battle Creek..the Hotel staff at the competitor where rude and not the least bit helpful and our block of rooms where released BEFORE the time we were told...there were no rooms availbale to be found within 40 miles ..I had 1 week to find ANYTHING...I had called on a Friday last minute to try for a ANY room at the Fairfield Beckley Rd...NICOLE that I spoke with was EXTREMELY helpful...and found me a dble queen room and even gave me the group rate ...Thank you Nicole for going out of your way
